- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella ((use snacking pearls or tear a larger ball into bite-sized pieces))
- 1/4 cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds
- 4 slices Parma ham/prosciutto di Parma
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice ((may sub 1 TBS red wine vinegar))
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp EACH chopped fresh oregano, parsley OR 1/2 tsp EACH dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp EACH garlic powder, pepper
