- 1/2 Lime (juice of)

- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder)
- 2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (adjust to taste )
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 teaspoon Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)
