  • 1 Tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock (or water)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoons cooking oil
  • Bok Choy (or other greens, roughly chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger (mince)
  • Rice or grains (for servings)
  • green onion (chopped, for garnish)
  • Orange wedges (for drizzling)
