Homemade za'atar-seasoned turkey and pork meatballs are cooked with quinoa and roasted cauliflower in a single skillet. The za'atar blend brings warm, complex spice and sesame notes, while the meatballs stay moist and flavorful. A modern weeknight dinner that doubles as excellent leftovers.
