- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup unsweetened (unflavored dairy-free milk)
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans (I love using cannelloni beans)
- 2 cups baby greens (like baby chard, arugula or spinach)
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- 1 juiced lemon (juiced)
- Salt and pepper (to taste (I used about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper))
- ¼ cup fresh basil (sliced, to garnish)
