  • 2 cups coarsely chopped baby spinach
  • 1 package chicken wontons (or pork, see note 1)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (diced)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (thinly sliced)
  • sesame seeds (toasted, if possible)
  • chili-crunch (lots of this; yum!)
  • cooked white rice (optional, for serving)
