  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can dark red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup diced zucchini
  • 2 bay leaves (optional)
  • 1 cup uncooked ditalini pasta (see note 3)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn (or use just 1 cup peas or corn)
