- 1 Tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- approximately 1 cup vegetable oil (,for frying your steak)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce (these last two ingredients are optional (but I enjoyed the extra flavor))
