- 1 small red onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 4 heaped tablespoons salsa
- 4 heaped tablespoons soured cream
- 50 g (1/2 cup) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lime (sliced into half moons)
- a Small bunch fresh coriander (cilantro) (roughly chopped)
- 2 tablespoons sriracha or sweet chilli sauce
