  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • Your favorite Louisiana style hot sauce
  • 1 bunch collard greens (chopped)
  • 1 pound shrimp
