- 1 cup milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk; plus 2–3 tablespoons more milk or coffee creamer if desired)
- 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
