  • ⅓ cup Kalamata olives, (pits removed, olives halved)
  • 2 Tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium lemon, (zested and juiced)
  • Fresh basil, (for serving)
  • Grated Parmesan, (for serving)
