- Diced avocado
- Chopped (fresh cilantro)
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter or tahini
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or toasted sesame oil
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce (optional, but adds great flavor and a little kick)
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
