  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
