- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil or canola oil
- 3 tablespoons unsulphured molasses (not blackstrap)
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg white
- ¾ cup mix-ins of choice: chocolate chips, dried fruit, chopped if larger than a nickel
