  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil or canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsulphured molasses (not blackstrap)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg white
  • ¾ cup mix-ins of choice: chocolate chips, dried fruit, chopped if larger than a nickel
