- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard ((or use spicy brown mustard))
- 2 tablespoons spicy chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- ½ cup brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
