  • 6 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3-4 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 3-4 cloves garlic (finely grated)
  • 1-2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce or sambal oelek (to taste)
