- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (*reduce to a pinch if using salted butter)
- 2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2-3 Tablespoons lemon juice (or as needed to thin)
