- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon mace (can omit and add 1/3 tsp more of the other spices instead)
- 2-3 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups sultanas (raisins) (plumped)
- 1/4-1/3 cup mixed citrus peel (optional *see Note 2 below)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and levelled)
- 1/4 cup water (room temperature)
- 3-4 Tablespoons lemon curd (*see Note 3 below)
