  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce ((or tamari))
  • 2 spring onions (sliced finely (plus extra for garnish))
  • Fresh coriander, chopped spring onions and/or sliced red chillies to garnish ((optional))
