  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • ¼ cup curd (- beaten)
  • 3 cups chopped kathal ((unripe raw jackfruit))
  • ½ cup water
