  • ½ lb shrimp, (peeled, deveined, finely chopped)

  • 2 large cloves of garlic, (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • Scallions, (thinly sliced, green parts only)
