  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1½ tsp baharat
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, (for brushing on arayes)
  • 4 fluffy Israeli-style pita bread, (cut in half (per pound of meat))
