  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, (peeled and sliced into ¼-inch thick strips)
  • 3 Tbsp dark soy sauce,
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar, (or mirin)
  • Chinese chili oil
  • Fresh cilantro, (for serving)
