  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder) (coarsely ground)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili powder (Mirchi powder) (adjust to taste, use kashmiri chili powder for mild heat)
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mango powder (Amchur)
