- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce ((see note below))
