  • 1 cup water or vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped – plus more as a garnish)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)
  • Pickled vegetables (optional)
  • A handful of pumpkin seeds (optional)
