- 2 tablespoon Ghee or Oil (use oil for vegan option )
- ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 8-10 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing)
- 12 Cashews

- 2 teaspoon Jaggery (adjust to taste)
