  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 8 homemade corn tortillas
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 ripe avocado (cut into small cubes)
  • 1/2 cup queso fresco (crumbled)
