- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, (melted )
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2-1 teaspoon orange zest, (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
