  • 1 TBSP pure maple syrup (or brown sugar)
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger ((optional but delicious!))
  • ¾ cup raw sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup pepitas ((I used roasted/salted pepitas))
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats ((use certified gluten-free oats for GF granola))
