- 1 large egg, (lightly beaten)
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese, (divided)
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella
- 9 oven-ready "no-boil" lasagna noodles
