  • 1 large egg, (lightly beaten)
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese, (divided)
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 9 oven-ready "no-boil" lasagna noodles
