  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. pork cut into thin strips (mine was called “pork stroganoff”)
  • 9 oz. rice noodles
  • grated carrots, chopped scallions, chopped peanuts, cilantro
