- 3/4 cup soy milk (I prefer soy milk as it has the highest protein but you can use any type of milk )
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts (or ground flax )
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit (I always do a blend but my favourite combo is raspberry-mango)
