  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup honey* (I prefer to use raw honey)
  • 2 tablespoons melted virgin coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg white
  • Up to 3/4 cup mix-ins of choice: chocolate chips (apricots, figs, dates, craisins, raisins, etc., chopped if large)
