  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage ((I used bagged coleslaw mix for a shortcut))
  • 1 (14 ounce) package (about 4 cups) frozen stir-fry vegetables, slightly thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced bamboo shoots, drained
