- 7-8 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing) (skip for gluten-free)
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili powder (Mirchi powder)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
