  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice ((about juice of 1 lime))
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, (plus more to taste)
  • 2 ears corn
  • chopped cilantro (for garnishing)
