- 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup crumbed feta cheese (I used smooth Danish feta)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon mild English mustard or Dijon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
