- 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
- 2 cups baby arugula (packed)
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives (roughly chopped)
- 4 oz. feta cheese (chopped or crumbled)
- kosher salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
