- 1 teaspoon garlic (grated)
- 1/2 english cucumber (grated)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt AND 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- cooked rice or quinoa (flatbread, chopped tomatoes, kalamata olives, and pretty much anything else you wish to add)
