  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced (3 teaspoons minced garlic))
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger))
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 green onions (or chives, chopped, for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 large cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 5 radishes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium carrot (julienned or thinly sliced)
  • 1.5 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or sugar)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for extra crunch
  • 6 cups of cooked rice (1 cup of cooked rice per serving)
