- 1 cup chilled butter (cubed)

- 6 medium sized apples (peeled, cored and sliced thin (3 sweet apples and 3 tart apples, I used Honeycrisp and Granny Smith))
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp gluten-free flour
