  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or olive oil)
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped candied ginger
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins (dried cranberries, or diced dried apricots)
