  • 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder (Asian spice blend)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lb raw boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • Optional: 3 cups cooked brown rice
