- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder (Asian spice blend)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb raw boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Optional: 3 cups cooked brown rice
