  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (leave out for Whole30)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons arrowroot or tapioca flour
  • 2 1/4 cups beef stock
  • 2/3 cup shredded Swiss (Gruyère or mozzarella cheese (optional, leave out for Whole30))
