  • 1 large lemon (sliced)
  • 1.5 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes (quartered (red potatoes work, too))
  • 4 fresh lobster tails
  • 6 ears of corn (sliced into fourths)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 large lemon (juiced)
