  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder)
  • 1-2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (mild )
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Gram flour (Besan) (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (adjust to taste )
  • 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
