- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grated onion

- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- Fresh dill, to taste ((I use about 1 - 2 tablespoons))
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper, (to taste)
- Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley, chives, or green onion
