  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Pinch old bay seasoning (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped or 1-2 Tbsp dried parsley (plus more for garnish))
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons cold water
